Been scouring all the online sites to figure out what the best quality
digestive enzymes and ems might be...any rec's from "users" here ?
am thinking of..." Rainbow Light " brand...either "Enzymend" or
"Advanced Enzyme System"..."Garden of Life" brand " Raw
Enzymes and Probiotics'"... " New Chaptor " brand ' Probiotic all
Flora"...ooops...also looking at probiotics as well...such as the
VSL #3...has cornstarch though...would that be an issue with
yeast ? Don't like the idea of any soy either...hmmm...any help
would be more than appreciated...big hug to all...

Hahhaha, yes we mind hee hee! Just kidding...
So....
Rainbow LIght makes an enzyme product with marshmallow root. I think the latter is important when using abx and for soothing any inflamed gut membranes even if off abx.
Their enzymes are great, very comprehensive. My thumbs up, for whatever it's worth!

My favorite is the NOW brand "Digest Platinum". They are a very complete digestive enzyme product. Good price too. I usually purchase them online at iherb.
I also use the VSL#3 probiotic capsules and florastor.

I like Acid Soothe by Enzymedica and also PolyZyme from Young Living. They are both vegetarian enzymes, and don't upset my stomach or cause me to have an allergic reaction.
I also like Jarrow Yum-Yum Dophilus because I can't take high-potency probiotics. I take it 20-30 min. before my first meal of the day and my stomach seems to like it a lot (helps cut down on indigestion).

You using these to get biofilms? Money is tight so I started using a brand from Wegmans that was like $15.

I think proteolytic (protein-digestive) enzymes would be most effective against biofilm if taken between meals instead of with meals. But don't do this if you have stomach ulcers or gastritis (stomach inflammation).
