i've heard parastrory is milder than humaworm.

there is also a product called "amish original parasite cleanse" which is supposed to be very gentle and mild. i believe it's drops. you might look into this one also.

I am on Day Two with Parastroy. I bought it locally so I did not have to wait. I have been doing just black walnut tincture but decided to use a more complete product.

I am detoxing heavy metals and getting ready to go on abx in a month on next visit to the LLMD, so I am detoxing as much as I can before that visit.

I have used their other detox products before, though not this one, and they worked well. I might try Humaworm in a couple of months just to keep the parasites guessing.

The www.iherb.com website has the product and user comments if that is any help. I wanted to get started right away and could get it locally.

All the Best, MattH

Parastroy is stronger than Humaworm. Start off very slowly with a low dose.

Thanks for the info...I'll try to get in touch with LLMD before starting either, but are they safe to take w/abx?

Humaworm has herbs in the formula to assist with detox support. Both products have worm-killing herbs. BOth are very well formulated.

Matt, careful. I suspect (I am not a doctor) that it can be hard on the body to detox too many things at once. Further, if parasites cause leaky gut, then the metals will escape into the bloodstream and cause all-around retoxification. I personally am of the strong belief that to take care of leaky gut (and parasites) first before detoxing metals is very, very important.

See this article, this doctor writes that with leaky gut, the liver bile becomes toxic and can potentially (doesn't mean it will always) back up into the gallbladder and pancrease, causing gallbladder cancer and pancreatic insufficiency (add heavy metals to this and you're "shot" as they say): http://www.healthy.net/scr/article.aspx?Id=425

Caution. Slow but steady wins the race. That is my immediate thought.

Again I am not a doctor. Follow your doctor's advice. This is just a layperson's opinion, based on lots of reading and personal experience with leaky gut (no cancer and no pancreatic insufficiency though!)

CI,

I appreciate your warning and will monitor closely. Will be taking a physical in couple of weeks so I will have my liver enzymes etal checked.

Once that is done a couple weeks later is my first LLMD appt.

Thanks, MattH
