Between 3-4 hours is correct. There are some extended ones up to 8 hours+ for SSDI I hear. That would be so brutal!

My SSDI attorney sent me for testing. It was supposed to take about that long, on one day. Half way through he saw I was rapidly declining, so he sent me home and I returned another day.
I still did poorly! I won my SSDI based a lot on that testing.

I just went though it, and it was 3 sessions of 2 hours each, except the last one included another 1 1/2 hours of questionnaires. And then a session to go over the results.
I just finally got the report. It was a bit sobering, although I don't think they got the full extent of my emotional suffering as a result of the blasted illness! Or the extent of my physical suffering for that matter! And this was a place that has experience with Lyme! But they did find plenty of deficits, along with plenty of strengths, too. With a huge disparity as a result.
I wish I were eligible for SSDI; I sure could use it.
To do that all at once?!! Forget it! Any Lymie or anyone who needed such an exam would fold!

I had this done whenever I thought I was suffering from some sort of neurological issue (before Lyme). It is very sobering indeed! I still got 90th percentiles in certain areas but did horrible in others. Its strange how it has affected me.
