Hi Guys,
Thought I'd drop by after having a horrific experience physically, I'm finally on the upswing.
Yup, it's possible.
After four years of more competent treatment (subsequent to three years of botched treatment due to non-ILADS doctors), I am going to the gym three times / week, and am developing muscles!
I worked for three weeks last month, and am on my way to a two-week contract at the end of June.

Yay! Glad you feel better.
Can you share what your more competent treatment was?
I'm on a bad downturn and need to know what the heck I'm doing wrong and what others are doing so right.

Oh Ham I understand.
I tried a lot of different avenues.
Bicillin helped a lot.
Recently, I've been using homeopathy. See whether you can find a homeopath. And let me tell you - at my worst I was very sick - like dying from the disease sick.

I forgot to mention something else I did that made a big difference:
I changed my diet:
No eggs No grains No legumes No dairy No refined sugar (I do this religiously)
I eat mainly:
Fruit and veg (no starchy veg, like sweet potato and potato, corn, peas, etc.) Meat, incl massive amounts of raw fish
I always combine carbs and protein.
