I ran out of antibiotics a week ago, and I was wondering if that means that I will get really sick again, and have to start fighting this disease all over again?
I already feel sicker but I don't know if it is because I have no antibiotics.
I am very worried.

Lyme itself does not come back quickly, but the coinfections do. When will you get more meds??

I do believe your stress is causing a weakened immune system.
Stress is a no-no. Some people do feel better when they take a abx vacation.
Some people can't go but a week or two and they start feeling more sx.
We don't know which one you are, but stress is having effect on you. I can tell that by your post.
I don't know which bad boy you are fighting...if it's lyme they are real slow to multiply(once a month they do it?), with bart being shorter cycles and babs I believe is in between them.
You are not starting over. Never know if you can't get your stress down to minimal, you might have a couple good days? (i whispered that phase, good days, because if you say it outloud, the bad boys hear you and get ticked off) SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!
Missing you're okay. Calm, calm, detox, detox and more detox. Surprise the bad boys when they come out to play and think the coast is clear. That's fun. Then laugh as they lay dying.

So, are you saying you are supposed to still BE on the antibiotics but you did not get a refill due to no doctor and/or funds or what? May I ask why you ran out of antibiotics. Or are you saying you are supposed to be all done with your course of antibiotics?
Sorry for all the questions, but I do not know you or your situation.
I do not know much about bee pollen or if bee pollen can cause herxing? Anyone else?
I understand having a lot on your plate. And the previous poster is correct about stress. Try to squeeze in some time for just YOU. Listen to some quiet music, take a relaxing bath, pamper yourself, and say some positive affirmations about your health and well being.
Hang in there, and keep us posted, okay?

I've never done bee pollen. Can't help you there.
But with working, family and stress of illness, I think you deserve one good detox warm bath a night.
Nobody is allowed to knock on the door or ask you any questions or say Mom for 30 minutes.
See if you can't let some stress go down the drain.
Take care of you, Pam

It took me 9 months to work up to that dosage amount.
And then it was just starting to work on my Central Nervous System.
I was feeling a little better.
I took Minocycline this week.
That is what I had left over from before.

Why haven't you called your doctor to ask for the refill? You could also have your pharmacy fax him.
Bee pollen helps primarily with allergies, I believe. I don't think it has much affect on bacteria. You could try propolis which does have anti-bacterial affects.
There are other herbs you can get at the health food store, such as teasel root, andrographis, garlic, cat's claw etc which can help you delay the slide back down until you get your refill.
The faster you decline the more likely it is a co-infection so that is a way of determining what you are fighting. If you are still in a lot of pain after such a long time on the same medication, you may need to change meds.

You will be fine especially if you took mino instead. But the above suggestion is the right one. Have our pharmacist call him for a refill or call his office yourself.
Are you having trouble getting through to his office? Surely the pharmacist will have better luck.
