Can I do a coffee enema by using a coffee machine? i dont get what is with boiling the water and everything, when I have a coffee machine that does it much easier i just have to press a button. can someone tell me the amount of coffee and water to use if i can do this? thanks

I believe you boil the water first to purify it. You def. don't want to give yourself any new parasites in such a direct manner!
Then you can used the pre-boiled water in your coffee maker to make the coffee.

You mean the K-Cup deal? If it's ORGANIC you *could* do that, but it's not the best method. The water has to be DISTILLED water too.
