Can I do a coffee enema by using a coffee machine? i dont get what is with boiling the water and everything, when I have a coffee machine that does it much easier i just have to press a button. can someone tell me the amount of coffee and water to use if i can do this? thanks

I believe you boil the water first to purify it. You def. don't want to give yourself any new parasites in such a direct manner! [Smile]

Then you can used the pre-boiled water in your coffee maker to make the coffee.

You mean the K-Cup deal? If it's ORGANIC you *could* do that, but it's not the best method. The water has to be DISTILLED water too.

The preferred way to do it using organic coffee and distilled water is here:

Just finished doing one. Felt great, very relaxing and gives a sense of well being. Great way to detox the liver.

Make sure coffee is luke warm otherwise if it's too hot it will burn you. If it's too cool it isn't very comfortable but will not hurt you.
