Chlorella and Charcoal have been lifesavers

I'm surprised you left Apple Pectin off.
You introduced me to that haha

Thanks Gigi for all of your insight!

How does Biosil work on detoxing, and do you recommend the capsules or liquid?

I am using detoxamin for biofilm busting and detoxing of heavy metals. Are there any specific detox measures you recommend along with this product? I saw that sixgoofy used zeolite, but I've been using activated charcoal, apple pectin, chlorophyll and cholestyramine.

How do you know if detox is working? The reason I ask is that I actually feel worse when I am doing what I was told for detox. I am more nauseous, itchy, sore, and tired. My veins get all weirdly swollen and inflamed looking. When I stop the chlorella, other herbal detox stuff, baths, lemon water, etc. I have a better day.

This is my experience, but you may be detoxing too much.

When I first got a FIR sauna, I was detoxing every day and got a brain herx - it was too much!

I would try stopping the detox completely for a day or two and see how you feel. Then slowly add in one of the detox products, and see which one you're reacting to. It may just be that you are pulling too many toxins out at once.

Also, do you have something to make sure it's going out of your body every morning, like a magnesium-based product?

I take mag every night, and drink 3 quarts of water every day, but only one cup with lemon. I only do the bath once or twice a week. I only take a few chlorella at night and have one herbal med that's supposed to be for detox.

I didn't think I was doing that much compared to what other people talk about. Thanks for the comments, baileypup. I will try stopping and slowly restarting. I didn't mean to hijack the thread, just popped into my head when reading it over.

Biosil is for helping clear connective tissue and intercelluar detoxing. Child: 5 drops 2x/day in food or drink; Adult: 10-20 drops a day

At is available at Whole Foods, Super Supplements. Probably online. Can be applied to the palms of hands (odor) and/or soles of feet at bedtime. I rubbed it into my damaged ellbow that was at one time really damaged/dislocated, and hardly a symptom remains. Joints. Microsilica works great for metals (described in list above).
Zeolite worries me re aluminum and hardly tests energetically - so I stopped using it.

Look up the Detox Cocktail by DK with Phospholipids. Phospholipids now available in powder form and less $$. It delivers the meds where they need to be to become effective.

I would like to comment on "3 quarts of water". The problem of flushing essential minerals out with lots if water is major. Detoxing with inadequate minerals is not possible. The water should contain some substance that will stop the water from flushing through too quickly - a substance the body has to metabolize and something sweet to make it a pleasant drink.
I posted a rehydration cocktail here some months ago - Water, milk, tiny baking soda, Electrolites, and (I use) a tiny bit of maple syrup. Makes a tasty drink. I can repost if you are interested and can't find it searching.

If detoxing takes place, usually the next day or two is not always pleasant, unless you take
good binders to be on board when the toxins start to move. "the only way out is the way through". But it is worth it to get rid of the toxic load. Spoil yourself in other ways!

Sbh93, "I am more nauseous, itchy, sore, and tired. My veins get all weirdly swollen and inflamed looking." = Nauseous means the liver got too much to deal with. Take more liver support and less detoxing agents. Chlorella normally does not do that, or try Chlorella vulgaris. Itchy = to me means the skin gets too much of the toxins to unload; and too much detoxing material at the same time. Slow down, take lymphatic drainage like Lymphomyosot or very light, light brushing or barely stroking with hands. Swelling is helped when you do lymphatic drainage support. When starting to detox, more is not better. Slow, slow, and gentle. Add a few drops Rechtsregulat or some fermented enzymes, to thin down the dark/thick blood (from die-off). You will feel a lot better when the blood flows easily!

Make sure you have enough good minerals on board and electrolites. The body is not able to detox anything without an adequate mineral base. Try goat whey -

Make certain that you do not have KPU. Scroll down to Video. http://planetthrive.com/2010/04/hpukpu-protocol-for-lyme-and-autism/

Take care.

I personally have found some relief with cholestyramine. It certainly has taken away/reduced some of my symptoms.

Gigi, yes, thanks so much. I do take lymphomyosot. [Smile] The water is on the neph's orders as I have PKD--gotta keep the kidneys healthy.

Gigi,

What about TMG?

IS DMG preferred over TMG?

Great List!
