I contacted Beyond Balance, they suggest I go through a practitioner. However I am a couple weeks away from my first LLMD appointment and do not want to confuse things.
I am also 6 weeks into the Buhner Protocol and 3 weeks into the full strength of the core protocol so I thought I to take Bar 1 until I get to my LLMD. My bart symptoms are quite annoying.
I will continue to ramp up on Bar 1 and see if I notice any changes.
Just finished a month on Parastroy. Taking a couple of days off and may start Salt/C. I stopped 4 weeks ago when I went with Parastroy. Did it for 11 days and did not notice any changes. Had some success on Parastroy.
All the Best, MattH
