So what dosage have ya'll who tried this tincture started with? My LLMD gave me a handout that says typical starting dose is 2-3 drops 3x day and build up to 30 drops per dose after several months.

These supposedly are not as potent as the Byron White stuff. I'm always conservative so I started with 3 drops 1x day the last couple of days. BUT, I also don't want to take a useless dose either if not strong enough.

Any thoughts? I'm careful because I had a major issue with the A-Babs from Byron White (i.e., throat tightening) and had to stop on even 1 drop. I don't seem to have this problem with Bar-1 so far. The ingredients in A-Babs seemed kind of freakish to me. Who knows what they do to you?

My daughter started on 5 drops 3X per day.. she usually goes all in when doing these drops, so 5 drops was very little for her. It helped and she stayed on it for several months.

I have to qualify that I am extremely sensitive to herbs and medications alike, and all it takes with me is a sliver, or subtherapeutic doses. For me, I only do three drops per day and I have healing progress, minor herx's, etc!

I don't think that is the case at all with everybody at such a miniscule dose however.

My LLMD said that for my sensitive body, to start very very slowly....one drop every two days....then increase to once per day....then do two drops per day one time per week and one drop per day 6 days per week...add two drops per day now twice per week, then three times per week, then four, etc...increase gradually...

Again not everybody needs such sub therapeutic dosages as I need, but the model above can also be moderated according to individual needs. Ask your LLMD about it, never self treat.

I have done incredibly well on this product by the way and wiht very minimal herxing along the road. Six months of therapy really made lots of symptomatic headway, and this did not revert either even though I took a year off. I am starting up again now and based on my prior progress am very encouraged and looking forward to more. Not everybody is the same, we are all different...

Best wishes, CI
