Just wondering how ppl take Gse?

My llmd has me taking the capsules which is 250 mg of gse in one capsule. They want me up to 4 a day.

I started taking one , 2 days ago today I am in so much pain.

I take 1 in AM prior to abx and 1 in PM prior to abx. I also have much more pain since taking them. I take the immunity formula by Solaray which also has astralagus and some other goods things in it.

I took the drops and never could take more than a third of a dose and had to work up to that one drop at a time. It's a tough one.

Hits lots. My LLMD thought it hit cyst form of borrelia. Also hits candida.

I take nutribiotic drops - effective and CHEAP . Start with 2 as it is potent . It kills lyme, possibly babs, and parasites and yeast .

Chronic Lyme sufferers should never take Astragulus as it can make your immune system much worse.

The only time Atragulus is warrented is when you are trying to avoid getting Lyme. Only take as a preventive measure.

I take GSE too and feel worse when taking. Since stopping, overall, I feel much better.
