My dr did a chest xray but it was clear. I'm coughing like crazy and exhausted with a low fever.

I've been choking on food alot lately, could that cause pneumonia?

Has anyone had chlamidia pneumonia?

If you are choking on your food a lot that could cause aspiration pneumonia. Typically aspiration pneumonia will show up on a chest x Ray. If there are infiltrates in the right lower lobe this can indicate aspiration pneumonia. If you are choking a lot then you should ask your doctor for a Modified Barium Swallow study to evaluate your swallowing skills and determine if you need any diet modifications.

The fact that your chest x Ray is clear is a good sign. But I would closely monitor your swallowing.

Coughing was one of my symptoms with my Babesia relapse. My husband gets the choking thing with his Babesia. We both get the profound exhaustion.

I'm glad your x-ray was clear. Have you treated Babs lately?

Lungworm is a common infection for many with Lyme. Most of Dr. K's patients are treated for it and there is a protocol that works. I posted the protocol several times.

"Aspiration pneumonia" seems to be the latest diagnosis in any hospital. They have no clue and they are not looking for the lungworm which clearly causes these symptoms. It's a poor excuse because school med has never heard of Lungworm. It is a parasite and is part of the soup mix that many seem to have to deal with.

Take care.

If you have Chlamydia pneumoniae, Organic Freeze Dried Garlic works very well for it. 2-3 capsules three times a day, following the last bite of every meal. Not before or during meal.

You can open them up into a bit of warm water and drink it. Then you can do it between meals. But it is important to be consistent for a couple three weeks. That's how I got rid of Chlamydia years ago. This is Dr. K.'s protocol.

And of course, the garlic will work in other directions also. It is antiviral, antibacterial, antiparasitic, etc.

However, if you have a sore throat, are choking on food and drink, and feel like you have asthma, get stuffy nose, etc. get tested by someone that can do energetic testing -- for lungworm. Labs don't seem to find it.

I hope you find out soon and get treated.

Take care.
