During my last appointment, my doctor told me to order Rhodiola to help with my adrenal functioning. I have been reading and trying to figure out the best kind to order, but all I have accomplished is becoming totally confused.
I am limited to ordering off Amazon, because I have a gift certificate, and I would not be able to afford this without the certificate.
Anyway, all the doctor wrote on her orders was 200 mg. She did not specify if I should take tablets or tincture or any specific brand. I know there are so many different brands, and I browsed some forums but everyone seems to have their own, different favorite brand.
Thought someone here might be taking a brand that has been effective for them. Sounds as if it gives many people energy, too, so definitely keeping my fingers crossed. I NEED energy so bad. I feel like all I do, every day of my life, is complain of fatigue.
Any help will be much appreciated!

Try New Chapter Rhodiola Force. This is an excellent brand. Available on Amazon.com
I was leaning toward the Gaia Herbs brand, but this looks comparable in price and has several reviews.
Thank you so much for your prompt response!
Does this give you needed energy? I am really getting my hopes up, lol, as I do with each product/supplement/natural that I order for energy.
The important thing is supporting my adrenal system, because it has really taken a beating. I hope this helps!

I have taken Xymogen brand (that had a couple other items) and Paradise Herbs brand (that was just rhodiola). Both were okay, but I found the Paradise Herbs better for me.
