I eat a ton of hot pepper. I cook with cayenne pepper, at least 5- 6 meals a week. I use a lot of garlic and hot sauce on my food as well. I wonder, is this good or bad? Does hot pepper kill parasites?

Yes, spicey and hot foods such as peppers and cayenne are antiparasitic, but not enough to kill the larva and eggs. The three most important herbs to kill parasites are, Blackwalnut Hull, Wormwood, and cloves.
However eating antiparasitic foods is very helpful. Google antiparasitic foods and herbs for a more complete list.

If that approach worked, I'd be cured of parasites. No doubt. I wish!!
