Since monday i've been really sick. Temp hitting 100. feeling really weak, body hot but have chills at the same time, sore throat, face hurting, nasal congestion, coughing, ears hurt, very dizzy then ever, just plain lousy, ect.. I called a Dr because my Dr is on vacation..
He told me to up my zithromax from 250mg to 500mg for 3 days because i might have a sinus infection.. But i also realize i hit my 4th week on zith so im wondering is this a herx? Or could i have something else...
I also drop my dose of xanax again from twice a day to one.. So could this be a withdrawl.. I just need opinions because everyone is saying i run to ER for every little thing... I also started Diflucan yesterday

i'd stay out of the er unless your're bleeding out. seriously. they are not help when it comes to lyme.
i'd say either herx or withdrawl from the xanax. have you looked up xanax withdrawal? bet there's tons of stuff on it.
