I think it can be overwhelming, I've read info on all kinds of things being needed for liver function including magnesium, selenium, vit e, all the b vitamins, all the amino acids, alpha lipoic acid, etc.... lots to remember!

I don't know if we can post specific product info so if I made a mistake by sending this public let me know and forgive me. I had quite high liver enzymes and before being diagnosed with Lyme I took a product called Liver Protect by Xymogen and after 6 weeks the enzymes were normal. It has milk thistle, Selenium, alpha lipoic acid and n-acetyl cysteine. Check it out!
