LLMD prescribed 500mg of Zith 1x / day.
Is this a "normal" dose or a "lite" dose?
Thanks,
Bcb

I only take it once a day too, so I guess it's normal.
Currently on mepron, zyth, amox, nystatin, arteminisin, cats claw, natto, andrographis, resveritrol, NAC, oil of oregano.

yeah you might be better off with the low dose or taking it once a day anyway, i was at a high dose for about 2 months and developed bad inner ear issues. (edit) they resolved when i quit taking it though

I'm on 500mg IV once a day. So sounds like normal to me.

Don't know how much you weigh, but I would imagine more than my 98 lb dd, and she takes 250 mg bid--
