Has anyone read the book on Babesia? I'm fairly sure there is only one big book on this subject. I don't want to mention the name, I know it's a touchy subject.
Can you tell me if this book is worth reading? I would like to learn more about Babesia as I think this is my main problem. It's clear that there is a lot of information in this book (it's huge).
Has anyone read this and did you find it helpful with your treatment?

Hi Haley:
I have found some good reading on Babs from the Lyme MD site. Link below to one of quite a few babs blogs. I know I've read he uses Clongen (sp) labs for babs testing.

I was extremely disappointed with his books on bartonella, both of which were almost identical and offered no treatment guidelines.
But I found the babesia book more helpful. It gave the protocol used by Dr. H, Dr. J and Dr. B and discussed most of the drugs used for treatment. I don't know if I agree with all of his opinions though. It is outdated - written over five years ago. It was also extremely expensive.
There are many chapters I didn't even bother to read - but that is in every book on lyme. I don't need to know how to remove a tick. The damage is done.
