My Lyme is gone and I've been in remission for two years, but I'm only now addressing the mold. I'm using oregano oil and Dr. Natura cleanse currently.
This is my second round of oregano oil. I idid the first round for two weeks (and felt great, but might be tougher with Lyme). Then for the two week break, I had heavy detox and felt pain in my detox organs, mainly the spleen and bladder.
I just started round two yesterday. This time I added Dr. Natura because it has so many of the herbs recommended for mold.
I don't handle cholestyramine at all, it's supposed to be good for mold cleansing. You might also look at biotoxin.info for more information.

We had a major mold problem in our air conditioning system, making me really weak and sick with burning skin on my face and inside my mouth and throat.
I beat it with complete replacement of all insulated parts of the system, since it was the insulation that was black with mold. I am also allergic to outdoor molds like alternaria and homordendrum.
I also took daily NAC 600 mgs. and 700 mgs. of ALA daily. I added D-Ribose with Acetyl-L-carnitine and COQ10, 5 grams, twice daily, to raise my energy, since I felt so weak.
It only took a couple of weeks to clear up. I am still taking the supps. for awhile yet to be sure. I usually take a lot of ALA anyway, but normally don't take NAC. I love Ribose, but normally can't afford to take it all the time.
Good luck with your problem,
