Yes, completely safe once it's dry. Spray all items outside and let them dry there.

as long as its dry.. I prob wouldnt let him curl up on my lap if I had sprayed it on my clothes dry or not.

I'm afraid to let my cats touch dried permithrin also. I think there's just not enough data on it. Many sources say it's safe, but how do they know it's safe? People were saying for many years that DEET is safe (and truly, most people today still think it's safe).

Permethin kills fish in streams when it is laundered so I wouldn't call it safe

Thanks a lot for mentioning that, Laura. I was always wondering what would happen if my cat was sitting on my permithrin clothing which were sweaty from me working outside in the heat... Then technically the permithrin isn't dried anymore.

I never let my cats near Permethrin sprayed clothing either on me or otherwise.
