I have come to the conclusion that I may have some food allergies as well as other things making me sick.
My naturopath works with ALCAT which I have heard good things. They do the blood testing.
Does anyone know anymore great establishments to get allergy tested?
Is it best to do blood tests, or skin test?

It is best to see an Allergist/Immunolgist for this kind of testing.
The skin prick test is most accurate way to find out what you are allergic to.
The blood tests can an easy screening tool to see if you may have any allergies or sensitivities in general. It is known for having false positives or negatives so you would want to follow-up with more specific skin testing.
