High dose Amoxy (with or without Probenecid) is a good choice IMO...
It also helps to use/pulse a cyst buster like Flagyl...

I didn't want to take doxy because someone told me that her hands were sunburned through her car window.
I'm on high dose amox and it definitely is helping me (getting better).
