I have not had the type of malaise/fatigue I am experiencing since over a year ago, before I was diagnosed. Today I feel like I am wearing a lead suit on every part of my body. fingers and toes especially. I slept for the majority of the day. I have been treating Lyme, babesia and Bart for 5 weeks now. I added Tindamax 1 week ago. Unfortunately my insurnace is fighting over covering more, so I have not taken it the past two days. Not sure if that is sigificant or not.
Anyway, the fatigue that I am trying to describe is so crippling. I had it for months last year, until I was diagnosed and treated with Doxy. It went away after a few weeks of Doxy, leaving me with the rest of my symptoms. I do not remember when, but someone on here gave me a decent explanation as to why the doxy was effective at just killing the fatigue.
In any case, why does this "leasd suit" feeling occur? I believe that this is Lyme and not coinfections.. but I really know nothing! I have a phone appt tommorrow with LLMD. Of course this will be discussed, but I wish I could see a way forward from this. Im so discouraged. 2 months ago, I was feeling like I turned a major corner treating Bart. Now I feel like I'm back where I started.

For me, the crushing fatigue was due to babesia. What are you taking for that?
Tindamax can also knock you for a loop.
