Thank you for the input. My husband has headaches and muscle cramps so I have added magnesium to his vitamin pill box.

-------------------- ------------ It took 20 years to find out I'm not crazy. New bite in 2010 pushed my body over the edge. Positive for lyme, babs, bart, and myco. I am not a doctor and happily offer only my own opinions. Posts: 357 | From The Beach | Registered: Feb 2011

Wonder if this will help those killer back-of-the-neck headaches I keep having? I wake up every morning with one and it keeps me down until it wanes in late afternoon.
I'm on Fentanyl patch for the pain and it doesn't help the headache at all. I'm on Plaquenil 3/day and it hasn't helped, either.
It does not hurt from the front of my head or above my eyes.
Thanks for the MAG tip, I will certainly try it.
