Have heard about the great benefits of Chia seeds and wondering if anyone is consuming these?

Yes, I am.
They are the best plant source of Omega 3 fatty acids...better than flax seed.
I put them in my whey protein smoothies.
They absorb liquid and plump up a little.
They have no taste. You just feel the crunch. They are really tiny seeds.
I get "Bobs Red Mill" Chia Seeds in the organic section of my grocery store.
