Hi All-
I know some of this board have used Metanx and I am seeing more fibro patients trying it...
I was wondering if those taking it on this board think it's helping them and with what symptoms???? Just wonder if it's better than taking metylfolate, sublingual B12 and B6 separately?
Thanks for any feedback...good or bad...

I have taken it several times and have not noticed any difference from taking it.

I have been taking it for yrs now I havent really noticed anything changing with it. I think for me at least its more of a silent helper. I do supplement some extra sub B12 when I feel sluggish

Do you have the mututate gene? I was tested and had it thats why I take it.

Geet3721, what mutate gene? I know I'm hetero, not homozygous for the MTHFR allele...Could you elaborate? Thanks!
