Cranial sacral has worked wonders for my son.

As long as you find a good therapist, I don't see how it could hurt anything.

It all depends on what you are using it for.

It didn't help my terrible head pain and trigeminal neuralgia. But, Benadryl did, thank the Lord, because I thought I would go out of my mind with this horrible electrocuting type pain!

Try it and see if it helps you.

You need to find a good practioner. My GYN is fabulous and it worked well for me.
