So I have started taking coconut oil and I took a large amount yesterday 2 tsb. Now i am experiencing chills and low grade fever joint aches I feel LOUSY. My jaw is also killing me. Am I experiencing a die off?? What can i do to subside this I have a very big event tomorrow I need to feel well for. I feel like im 90 rt now and I am only 25

Sure it's not your monthly herx or a change in meds?? I never get much out of coconut oil.

Die off could include any of these symptoms:

Do you have any viral issues?

Was that your first time taking coconut oil?

Try starting with 1/4 tsp and work your way up slooooooooooowly from there. 2 tbs is a lot.

I wasnt aware of any viral issues but who knows! I havent changed any meds!!! I am so confused what is happening

Look up old posts on here. Lots of people talked about having to go very slow with it.

I bought it in capsule form and took one capsule and it made me feel awful.

I changed and went to 1/4 tsp in my tea and very slowly worked up from there.
