Ive started taking binders over the past two days

im taking charcoal capsules and liquid betonite

ive experienced a bit of nausea . does using binders cause nausea? anyone have any experience with this

im assuming it might because the binders are causing toxins to centralize in the stomach. causing nausea

whats your experience?

They made me kind of sick for the first few days, then they just made me feel a whole lot better.

Yes, they can cause nausea and dizziness.
You need to start on low dose and start on evenings when you can stay at home.

Drink lots of water.
Later on it will be no problem.

I've been on binders about 1 month now, taking them once a day, alternating clay, apple pectin, and charcoal. I'm not noticing any difference except stronger smelling urine. Do I need to take it more than once a day? Also, apple pectin is okay with food and the others take in between is that right?

thanks

I am taking them 2x a day once in the afternoon, and once at night when up to go to the bathroom. I take them away from food and supps. I take 16 charcoal tabs (or) 12 apple pectin caps a day.
I just got Chlorella from Biopure, Dr. K says Chlorella is the best binder, he said to take up to 60 a day. That is a lot. I took 15 this afternoon, so far so good.
He says to take it 4x a day 1/2 hour before food and once before bed.
I take my abx with my meals so I am going to do what I have been doing with my other binders, hopefully it works okay.
