I've tried the Buhner and Cowden (Nutramedix) route without much success.
On this board and from conference notes I see that the Beyond Balance drops for Bart, Lyme, and Babesia are getting a lot of positive publicity. Not as much herxing as the Byron White stuff. My doc wanted me to try the Deseret Biologicals, but I'm a little chicken.

I achieved remission (after a lifetime of misdx) using the Biomat. However, I was so sick for so long I also used abx. I do know of others who credit the Biomat with helping them reach remission without abx.
Its not cheap. You can contact me at [email protected] if you like.

You bought some of the Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharides, no?
Why don't you try that, and see if it helps the intestines.

I'm currently off antibiotics and have continued to see improvement by taking a combination of teasel root, banderol and samento. You might want to do a google search for all of them.
This protocol was suggested by my specialist in NY.
I don't want to go into detail, but I did herx a LOT on all three of them. Had to start at just 1 drop apiece (but not taken at the same time), and then slowly, really slowly increasing that amount.
I'm not sure how readily availble all these are, but there are people online who swear by each of them and them in combination.
The thing that always seems to be true is that what works for one person won't for another. I'm glad this has worked for me, at least so far. I'm happy to finally be off antibiotics and back at work.
Hope you're able to find something Andie

Andie,
Thanks for sharing your experiences. I've just started the banderol/samento nutramedix drops this week after my LLMD took my off of abx after almost 4 years. I wasn't going anywhere and had a relapse in April.
How long did it take for you to see improvement?
Thanks for sharing.
