I have been treating Bart with refampin for 4 months with great success (along with Doxy/Bactrim).
I thought I was over the hump and stopped rifamp and bactrim and reduced doxy to do a needed parasite protocol, as doing all would be hard on the liver.
3 weeks into it and the parasite treatment is working very well, but the old Bart symptoms are creeping back (head pressure, mild confusion, emotional outbursts).
I have another 3-4 weeks before I can get back to treating Bart with abx,any herbal suggestions?
I have heard of A-Bart and Cumanda, any experiences or other suggestions? Thanks, Scott

Forget the cumanda. Have you checked into Beyond Balance Bar-1? I've been hearing things about it on this board, although I haven't tried it.

I treated with Cipro for 5 months and felt awesome. I wasn't done though. I am now worse than ever. Doc has me doing Abart, But I don't think its really working. I also stopped my meds to do a cleanse. It seemed to make me worse. I hope you can get back to treating Bart sooner than that. Its a bad one, and it needs to be treated for a while apparently
