Hi,

I have been using a natural progesterone cream for some time now to help with estrogen dominance. Now I read on here http://betterhealthguy.com/joomla/blog/242-a-deep-look-beyond-lyme that hormones can feed microbes.

Anybody know if this is true? I feel the progesterone cream is helping but it's hard to tell.

Thanks,
Kania

Hey doggies,

I've heard (not checked it out) that calcium, magnesium, various minerals, sugars, certain vitamins, proteins, O2, etc can "feed" microbes.

Since we can't live without many of these things, and various microbes are designed to live on what is available, and can adapt, what choice do you have?

My thought is to use the hormones (according to your docs recommendations) to make yourself feel better and if the little buggers want to use some of what you are taking, just start charging them for their meals.

I could not live without my progesterone, literally. The buggers will just have to share with me what I need to survive.

Life is what it is! Gotta do what you gotta do.

I'm w/Tincup's views. I take progesterone cream, a low dose.

I've tried the emerita pro-gest cream and it helps me relax and sleep. When I had to take the week off I got bad headaches. Can I just take it all month even if I'm still having light periods? I've just been using a small dab.
