I have experienced the same thing, and it's after I eat. It's like a facial flushing, from the inside out.
Mine also started recently, after close to a year and a half of babs treatment.

I wonder if one goes a long time between meals if it could be some sort of adrenaline reaction?

Bump any others?
I sweat and burp constantly after meals.
Gets sort of scary because I get pains in left side of chest.

This used to happen to me before I took enzymes and HCL with pepsin with meals. Chronic infections can cause low hydrochloric acid levels which is a natural antibacterial that the body produces.
We need extra enzymes also to digest our food when sick. I like Super Digestaway by Soloray because it contains pancreatin and ox bile along with other enzymes.

Ya I have HCL
Guess it might be time for Super Digestaway you've been telling me about.

You also might need to increase the HCI. One is usually not enough.
