cholestyramine, charcoal caps and Bentonite clay.

If you had mold or mold spores in the carpeting you probably have them all over the house. Use a Hepa vacuum or better central vac to clean everything.

Buying a box fan about about $ 18.00 and attach a Filtrete 1500 or 1900, 20 inch filter to it will also help to remove mold spores from the air.

Use a Filtrete filter in your a/c or furance also. When replacing a filter wrap in a plastic bag and seal. Do not carry the exposed filter throughout the house, it will spread mold spores.

There are several good topics on mold on this forum, search for them.

Don't forget to vacuum all fabric furniture and wipe down wood.

If you daughter has mold illness probably everyone in the house has it.

Make sure all rooms are ventilated.

Do you know that the mold in your daughter's body came from your house? If so, do you know the source of the water damage in your house?

If the mold was in the carpet, it had to get there somehow. If you removed the carpet without using air scrubbers and containment walls, it is likely that you have spread the mold throughout the house. Also, believe it or not, bleach is not recommended to remove mold. It removes the cell wall around the mold spore, but doesn't kill the spore. Borax and water is a better choice (Simple Green is another). Removing mold from your house is a tricky business. We went through two remediations before we got it all out properly.

Cholestyramine is recommended binder to remove mold biotoxins. Many with mold illness also have a persistent nasal staph infection which can be detected with a nasal swab.

4 seasons, we had only mold spores, no mold in our carpeting. It was caused by lack of ventilation NOT water. Off season in Florida, I didn't open the windows or put a fan on in two specific bedrooms in our house.

We bring mold spores into the house from our shoes. Lack of ventilation is a serious problem with mold spores.

$ 3400.00 later for a Forensic tester and he did not find any water leakage but he did find the problem.
