I've read about it being used for ulcers which is what I think I have now. But what does it stand for and where can I find it, and can I still take abx with an ulcer? Thanks

It stands for deglycyrrhizinated licorice. DGL helps protect and heal the esophagus and stomach. Great for treating/preventing ulcers.
