Please let me know if you have done this detox step Dr. K recommends:
"Toxin elimination: 1) Remove intestinal biofilm: 1 tsp clay followed by 1 tbsp fiber laxative for 6 weeks, prior to do anything else"
I tried calling them but they are closed now until Aug 29.
Did you do the Dr.K protocol? Did you try the receipe above? What did you use for "clay" and "fiber lax" and where did you get it?
I think I got a good LLMD but they only put me on abx and I am concerned for my gut/liver etc. and would like to add detox regimen but need help to figure out what is best.
Thanks in advance!

oh, no, you should not be on parasite meds and abx or any killers without toxin absorbtion, you'll feel horrible.
doc k may have a twist on this of his own, but traditional clay and psyllium shakes (P&B shakes on cleansing boards like curezone) have been used for thousands of years.
you can get this pretty readily at low cost and it is a great help for any toxin or infection issue in the gut, helps neuro-symptoms allot.
research and follow directions suitable to you, and drink tons of fluids, ect.
google bentonite clay and psyllium cleanse, or shakes.
best clays to ingest are montmorillonite/bentonite types of clay.
for the psyllium i like to simply get a big carton of whole psyllium husks, no fancy powders or brands, i get yerba prima whole husks. they work best whole. old school therapies are best kept simple, imo. you need the psyllium with the clay to move things along.
i add one capsule of activated charcoal to take with this, for added toxin absorption.
take it *2hrs away from any food, meds or vitamins, best detox is first thing in the AM, but if your med schedule prevets it, then once mid-day.
if toxins are bad, do one before bed. increase number of shakes based on your individual needs and elimination.
there are other types of clay for detox footbaths as well, different mehcanism tho.

Does psyllium come from / contain wheat or gluten?

Thanks for the recommendation. I have been taking charcoal 5 days a week and Cholestyramine a couple times a week in the evening to get used to it.
Been on ABX for about 7 weeks now. Back to the LLMD tomorrow.
All the Best, MattH
