How do you coordinate taking Salt/C with antibiotics?

I was told not to take vitamin C with Minocycline. How far apart should they be taken?

With my list of meds, ant-parasitic herbs, vitamins, probiotics and fiber supplement, it's overwhelming to coordinate the timing of it all.

I'm just began taking Colonix again which helped me somewhat before I was diagnosed. In about a month I'd like to try adding salt/c because I know parasites are a big part of the puzzle for me.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I think they usually say to keep any mineral supplements (like the sea salt) away from the tetracyclines for 2 hours.

Thanks for your response. Have you tried the salt/c protocol or know much about it?

Gratitude,

I have had great success with salt/c and antiparasitic herbs. I suggest you check out lymestrategies for more guidance on the salt/c protocol.

This is the group doing salt/c and other alternative therapies as well as abx. The key is to ramp up slow. Do a search on here for salt/c and parasites as well.

Gael

Gael,

I would like to add Salt/C Protocol but I read that the parasites can come out of the eyes, ears, head.... I already feel like I'm going crazy I wonder how I would react to microscopic worms crawling out of me, has anyone tried this protocol with success? Has anyone had any bad experiences with the Salt/C protocol?
