Just wondering if getting them out while herxing is a bad idea, is it going to be too much on my body? should I reschedule?
It is only 1 tooth today and the dentist has all that special equipment to minimize the amount of mercury going back into your body.

Oh no! Just seeing this now. Did you end up going? I would have suggested calling and asking him what he thought (assuming you are going to the person I went to?)..
When I had mine done it was really no big deal and I still stand by it being the best thing I have done during all of my treatment. I had four removed/replaced at the same time. Had a little discomfort in my mouth that night and was fine the next day. In 2 weeks my head was so much more clear than it had been in months.
Hope you have the same results!
