This may sounds silly, but...I have a rebounder that has been in the basement for a while because I try to keep my kids away from it. Recently, I brought it into the family room, so that I would be more likely to USE it, because I know how it can help me.
I let my kids bounce on it, because I figure it can only help them too with detox (two of them currently in lyme treatment, all of them have congenital lyme). So of course, they have all been bouncing on it whenever they walk into the room.
My question is: Is it possible that all this rebounder use would stir up enough toxins to cause a herx in them? I have read before about taking it easy on rebounding at first, because it can make you herx if you do too much.
Two of my kids specifically have been so out of control for the last few days; excessively cranky, complaining of headaches, general malaise...my son has developed a rash on his face that looks like a sunburn (but it's not). I know this is a stretch, but I can't express how their overall behaviors have gotten so bad over the last few days/week.
I know there are lots of other possible causes of these changes, but I just wanted feedback about the rebounder...thanks! CB

I don't see why not. There was a new study done just this year which showed that borrelia can hide out in the lymph nodes. Since using the rebounder will help circulate the lymphatic fluid, I would imagine that it might also circulate or stir-up the borrelia.
