Just wandering what most do.

I have been taking VSL #3 DS twice daily, but may have to switch to once to fit everything in.

I take twice a day on an empty stomach, as far away as possible from the abx.

I actually put some pills in a cup before I go to sleep, and when I wake up to use the bathroom I take those pills. That way they're spaced far away from the abx.

I was taking them 3x daily BEFORE meal. But I'm missing some doses now that I am taking Cholestyramine. There is only so much time in a day to fit so much in! So something gotta give. Unfortunately right not it's my Probiotics.

i take florastor, phillips, and two others in the morning. then at night i take one theralac, vsl and one florastor.

i have to put mine out too or else i forget.

I only take mine once a day, first thing in the morning; but now I am considering putting one out to take when I wake up in the middle of the night.
