Is this a herx ? Been back on 1/2 tsp since yesterday. I wake up with Heart going crazy and anxiety all day! Hate to see what full dose feels like............

Does this pass ?

Zith did this to my heart for 2 weeks when I started it. I had to stop taking it a few days to actually get sleep because it made me so tired. I could only stay awake for an hour at a time. Must have been a crazy herx.

When I began mepron I had a few zapping heart episodes but nothing like you mentioned. So it could be a herx or it could be Zith.

It did go away after a couple weeks. I figured it was a herx and just pushed through.
