I've had this off and on for over the past year. Last time I had it badly it was when I was on Rifampin and going after Bart. Also some on Levaquin.
It is back now. When I get up and take my meds...I have a nagging nausea. Not terrible, but not mild. Sort of intermediate. I have not vomited.
After a BM (or 2) and some food, it gets better.
By lunch it is gone and I have no issues the rest of hte day.
ANy idea what bug this is?

it's the abx in my opinion. i had that every day for weeks, and when i changed meds, it stopped. i got good relief w ginger tea and alka seltzer. i ate crackers even tho they were carbs because i had to. i couldn't function with the level of nausea i had. but it didn't happen at night, at least not every night. so i figured it had to do with what i had eaten or not eaten.

Except I've been on this combo for months and it didn't start until 2 weeks ago.

I had trouble with morning nausea when I was in college. I didn't know anything about Lyme then, so I have no idea what was causing mine (and I was not pregnant). But what helped me was to have a tube of Homeopathic Bryonia by my bed to take (2 pellets dissolved under my tongue) as soon as I woke up. Then I'd hit the snooze alarm and wait for the alarm to ring again, and then I could get up without feeling sick. 2-3 days of this and taking the Bryonia and then I no longer needed it, and haven't since, so it must've fixed whatever was wrong.
