I just got a magnesium oil spray and had high hopes for symptom improvement but it seemed to aggravate symptoms. within a short while of applying it I got dizzy and had head pressure and twitching. I found a post somewhere that said if you're deficient you could have a reaction the first time or so you use it? Anyone know what's up with this? I don't have this problem with oral mag.
