There was just a post on Lyme remission so I wanted to ask about yeast. Lyme tu tu had it but I don't know for how long. I think it is something we struggle with for a long time, it not forever. I had it under control naturally, then out of nowhere, just started getting worse. It seems like such a vicious cycle. You go on antifungal like Diflucan for a month or more, then you stay on strict diet, then you start introducing different foods like fruit: yeast again! I am losing weight (93lbs), bloat after eating certain foods, mood swings, fatigue, [confused] and more. Now, I am having the die off now so my other question is "how long does that last?" My 23 year old son has it too, he is miserable, has OCD from this and also losing weight. How the heck do you know if it is candida yeast or leaky gut? What is the difference?
Thanks in advance for any help

I had OCD as a child...never knew it could have been related.
