I'm considering purchasing one for myself and possibly my daughter, too. Given that, it's a large investment. Any input would be helpful, since I know next to nothing about it. Thanks! Robbie

I don't know anything about it, but there have been a couple threads on it recently. Try doing a search of the forum in addition to this post. -------------------- sixgoofykids.blogspot.com

I've had one since 2007. It does not cure Lyme or anything else, at least not for me. The ONLY thing it's good for, IMO, is sweating for detox. It has multiple temperature settings and gets extremely hot at the higher settings. Causes much more sweating than soaking in a hot bathtub. For a LOT more money, though.

Thanks for that Peggy, as that's what I was wanting to know. We already own a FIR sauna, so I guess it would be redundant. Robbie

The biomat is one tool of many in the attempt to get well. It won't cure you of Lyme but will aid on your journey toward wellness. It is excellent for detoxing and for soothing aches, pains, stiffness and spasms and helping with flexibility. It also helps with disc problems. If you have a FIR sauna you don't need a biomat. I used one over ten years ago and loved it. There has been a lot of discussion on this already. Here is one link.
