I know we are supposed to be taking a good multivitamin, but they make me really nauseous. My kid's gummy bear ones do not make me sick. Does anyone know of a good gummy, or even chewable, multivitamin?

Be careful as many contain additives, dyes, etc.
They can also really stick to the teeth and that's not good if high in Vitamin C, it can eat away at the enamel.
If one were to contain xylitol, that would be best but, still, it's just not good to have stick stuff on teeth as lyme seems to really hit the mouth hard and it's best to keep teeth clear and clean.
You might search at www.vitacost.com as you can see the full list of ingredients there for every product and they tend to not carry stuff with lots of additives.
www.iherb.com is another place where you can see ingredient detail.
A liquid vitamin - or a powder mix (maybe in with some protein powder) might be helpful.
Always, though, any formula with B-3 (niacin) MUST be taken with a decent meal or stomach upset is likely. Could lack of enough food with your vitamin be contributing to the nausea ?
If not, though, some brands are just harder on the stomach than others. Digestive enzymes in with the formula is a good idea. -

I never thought about the tummies getting stuck on your teeth. Thanks for the info. I looked@ the website you mentioned, and looked at a few of the vitamins I found there. It is really helpful that the company posts the ingredients and vitamin amounts per serving. Looking at the info compared to what my doctor gave me was enough to make my head spin. I think I will bring it up at my next appointment. Thanks Keebler, as always, you have such good info to share.

Gummies are also high in sugar too so you have to be careful. My kids take the Juice Plus...

- Also, for any chewable with Vitamin C - or a chewable Or even liquid C - RINSE the mouth very well afterward but DO NOT BRUSH for a little while as the tooth enamel will be soft from the C and brushing right then can destroy the enamel.
Fruit, juices, too, would require a good rinse but a wait to brush.
I've never been clear on how long to wait but I think at least an hour as it hardens up again. Especially important for kiddies.
I'm sure the details for timing could be found with some searching. -
