hi everyone. ihave been experiencing severe vertigo on a chronic daily basis. i feel like i an moving all the time, its hard to read and walk and sometimes i feel uncontrollable spinning.
i also get like a twitch or spasm in my inner ear. its awful! i was wondering if you know or any meds or herbs that could make this misery a little easier to stand? thanks jess

I take a product called "vertigoheel" twice a day and it's a lifesaver. I actually was just put back on it because we thought I was ready to come off it and bam, a week later had an episode and then another two days later. So it's pretty clear to me the stuff works. Back on it and not another episode. Not even aura.
(I get aura before migraines and vertigo. Sometimes the two come together, sometimes it's just one. My vertigo-only aura is unique and in the past sometimes only that would come and not the spinning. But no aura of any kind since back on the med. And I don't sell it or have any connection--just happy because I doubt most of my supplements except this one and a couple others.)
