I swore I was not going to test again. It was suggested however that I test while on IVIG.
I have received 10 grams IVIG every three weeks since March. I took 100 mg Doxy for six weeks. Two weeks off Doxy and two weeks after the last IVIG my results asf:

IFA neg.

IGM
18+,34 IND.,39 IND.,41+
IGG
39 IND.,41++

I was more curious about Bart - the last test being 40 on IGG. This time negatives ie
IGM <20 and IGG <40.

I don't know what to think - in regards to what IVIG and Doxy did/did not do.

FWIW my EBV showed not reactivated - no early antigen showing. All these years I had blamed low grade fever on EBV.

I asked for add-on test for Babs. Awaiting results.

And Chuck - there is "my" band IGM 18 again.

IGG 41,58 IND: 39
Bart H IGG 40

Yes - in August. If you are wondering about my being in the sun - I wasn't. With my bad eyes - extremely sensitive to sun, light, glare - I anyway don't go out during the day. I live like a vampire. It's really rough.

No, I was just making sure the doxy was taken recently. Very strange results!

Why do you say strange?

And confound it - I had thought that maybe - just maybe - this time I would convert an IND to a positive. Also thought same for Bart - to get a result above 40.

I did feel my symptoms were worse on IVIG.
I had my first infusion a year ago - 30 grams Carimune - highest IGA - and I guess a no-no for someone with subnormal IGA subclasses. The bad effects started the next day when - as usual - I went to blow my nose with toilet paper and thought my head was going to explode - like I had inhaled toxic chemicals.

I started lower dose and different brand IVIG months later. Still everything worse - but I cannot imagine I could call it a herx - for seven months?

The one thing IVIG did do was lower my white blood cell count to normal range - for the first time in 15 years. My WBCc had been in the 11-18 range - then on IVIG averaged around 8. This from blood pulled and tested in oncologist's lab. Odd - during the same time when CBC was checked by my other doctor and blood tested at Labcorp - the results were different by a couple of points. Labcorp always higher - sometimes around 11 - just out of normal range.

You can't tell anything from a Western Blot except that you were exposed to Lyme. A WB cannot tell whether the Lyme is active, only that you were exposed. Lyme is treated clinically.

Added the latest to my SusanK.xls spreadsheet.

Well you lost IgG 58 and IgM 23-25!

But if they were on the ragged edge then "noise" may cause them to toggle between -&+ or -&IND respectively.
