Yes, I heard from a biologist who cured himself back in the 80's. Along with his antibiotics, he went to the local YMCA and used the sauna. He purposely increased the temp in the sauna to 110 & had the place all to himself (too hot for others). He tried to get his core temp up to at least 103.

This does a few things; helps your antibiotics get absorbed quicker and more profusely (10x-16x more), as well as ward off and kill spirochetes, and facilitates detox. The BB spirochete was observed to die off within 20 minutes when exposed to temperatures of 108 in vitro. Unfortunately if our bodies get exposed to such temperatures we may end up with seizures, coma, or death.

I have heard that people experience has been good with this practice. I have a little theory about this as well. I believe that it is good as well, except for the heart. I don't think your body will "allow" your heart to reach hotter temperatures, whereby making your heart a more favorable location for spirochetes with long term sauna usage. Once they find a good location, they usually setup shop and cause their inflamation and damage. The individual that contracted this in the 80's is a long term sauna user & has now developed heart conditions.

I would love to hear and know about other long term sauna users as well. I would suspect that heart conditions may result from long term usage, due to the BB sequestering in the heart muscles, fatty tissue, and valves.

This would be interesting to know as my symptoms started with the heart. I notice my heart rate increases while in the sauna, I do monitor it.

It would be wonderful if I felt that my heart was strong as it would enable me to do so much more and reduce my anxiety at times.

Thank you for sharing this information.

Important for you to know as well, that this person was deathly sick. Very strong neurological issues, had major visual issues and was bedridden.

He was cured during the 80's when they barely knew what to do. He self medicated and he cured himself at the time. He is alive today, with some heart issues and some lingering cognitive Lyme symptoms (although he still remains a bright individual).
