hi everyone...some of my worst symptoms are sudden, overwhelming numbness that can go from literally my head down to my toes, as well as sudden vertigo that can render me a weeping wreck lying on the floor. also, sudden unbelievable nausea.
i was just wondering if anyone has experienced symptoms like this, and also how to convince myself that every time this happens i am not dying or having a stroke, etc.
it is very frightening. sometimes after an episode passes i will have to go off in private and sob for an hour or so, just from the torture and exhaustion these symptoms cause-and out of nowhere.
snyhow, thanks so much for taking the time to read this ,and for all of your patience and help. love, jess

Hi Chastain:
My daughers numbness was not sudden (started in legs and then in arms) but the vertigo would come and go.

Hi! I'm rolled up in a ball in bed so often because of this.......there will be moments where I think I'm coming out of it, get up to take med, bathroom or some little thing, and then ,pow I'm just week, sleepy, shivers, creepy crawlers etc.
Sometimes different abx's make a difference, or maybe that's just in my head.... I've spent the last 5 weeks basically in bed ..minus 2 doc visits 2 blood draws , and a ct scan,,...
before this last episode came on ,I used to get a new or right abx and just kinda start lifting up again , body and spirit... I would catch myself just doing a normal day to day thing or two.
Not sure why so different this time .. Just started with LLMD ,he doubled reg,. abx's then just switched ...after 5 weeks and some blood work.
Doxy is the only same abx he kept....
I'm sure others on this site know which symptom goes with what Infection,,,, I just wish I could get the correct meds.......
