Mycoplasma is a fairly common coinfection. It doesn't have to be treated first. Often, the meds used to treat the lyme and other illnesses will work on it.

Viruses usually go away on their own once you get rid of the lyme and coinfections. Your body is then able to handle them, as it did before you got sick.

So, those aren't bad results.

Also, just because you tested positive by blood test for mycoplasma, it doesn't mean you have it now. It could be that you were exposed to it in the past, as many, many people are. Then, you made antibodies to it. Here is a quote from Burrascano that says you should be tested further to see if you really have it:

"Frequent exposures to Mycoplasmas are common, resulting in a high prevalence of seropositivity, so the best way to confirm active infection is by PCR." (page 5)

Here is an article on myco and lyme that you might like:

http://www.lymediseaseblog.com/mycoplasma-overlooked-lyme-co-infection/

It tells you the typical symptoms and the less typical ones also. Notice that it says the PCR test is very expensive and not commonly done.

I don't think I would worry about the myco at all.

Parvo virus was what triggered my dormant Lyme. However, the parvo has never showed up on blood or muscle tests. So my body seems to have managed it all on it's own. Maybe yours will too.

My son has more than one live virus so is on an anti-viral called Valtrex. Your doctor will know if that would be good for you.

Things are never dull. After 3 fighting Lyme, 2 are in remission. Youngest is still sick, age 22. He has new diagnosed Chiari Malformation and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
